Understand complexity. Enable decisions.

DLR Oldenburg

An interactive model makes connections visible.

For the German Aerospace Center we took the expansion of the hydrogen core network out of the PowerPoint – and put it on the table.

An interactive exhibit that shows how the network works: lines, sites, scenarios. LEDs reveal what otherwise stays abstract – expansion stages, flows, connections.

Complex planning becomes something you understand quickly, discuss together and decide on with confidence.

Result: The budget for seven years of research was approved.

What the exhibit shows

One network. Many scenarios.

Germany as a model on the table. Research sites become physical objects – from wind farm to steelworks – connected by the planned H₂ core network.

Light makes visible what otherwise stays abstract: lines, expansion stages, flows.

An interface lets you play through scenarios – from generation on the coast to use and reconversion. In parallel, a screen provides depth for everyone who wants to know more.

The result is a system you don't just see, but understand.

Where the exhibit is used

From the decision table to the trade fair stand

Developed for an internal event of the German Aerospace Center – with one clear goal: a well-founded funding decision.

Today it is in use at formats like the H2Expo in Hamburg, where the exhibit opens conversations with industry partners.

It works because it takes a different approach:

  • Don't explain – show.
  • Don't overwhelm – spark curiosity.
  • Whoever stands in front of it understands faster. And wants to know more.

When complex content has to convince

Let's turn it into an exhibit.

Whether research project, infrastructure or complex technology – we help translate content so that it is understood and decisions become possible. Fast, prototypical, thought through together.

More relevance through emotional experience.
